Rest Bath & Shower Oil is a concentrated blend of six essential oils for use at the end of an active or demanding day. It is designed to help you slow down, switch off and prepare for rest, particularly when your body is tired but your mind is still busy.

Lavender, Geranium, Petitgrain and Roman Chamomile are balanced with the deeper, earthy aromas of Patchouli and Vetivert. The result is a natural, grounding fragrance that is neither overly floral nor sweet.

Use Rest in a warm bath or shower as part of your evening routine. It creates a clear break between the activity of the day and the rest and recovery that follow.
