About Pepperfit

Born from professional sports massage, Pepperfit creates purposeful aromatherapy products for active lives. From training days to everyday demands, our blends make time for taking care of your body, recovering and unwinding.
Created in the treatment room
Pepperfit began in 2009 with sports massage therapist Catherine Milne, who wanted naturally active products that she could use within her own treatments. Working with Germaine Rich, she developed the idea into a purposeful aromatherapy range created around movement, sport and recovery.
Germaine had trained in aromatherapy with Micheline Arcier in London in the 1960s, during the formative years of Arcier's modern approach. Bringing more than four decades of aromatherapy experience to Pepperfit, Germaine formulated its four original blends - Boost, Zest, Rescue and Rest - as a connected collection spanning preparation, movement, recovery and rest. The collection included Zest as a gentler blend developed with pregnancy and children over five in mind; current suitability and directions remain specific to each finished product.
Carried forward through lived experience
Today, Pepperfit is led by Fiona Rangel, an endurance challenger who also knows the products as an end user. Long-distance events, sustained daily movement and the recovery that follows have given her genuine use for Pepperfit's muscle-care and restful products.
Fiona's role is to carry the original expertise forward: protecting the purpose and character of the blends while updating the products, presentation and range for the way people move, recover and rest today.
