Pepperfit’s professional roots
Pepperfit began in the treatment room. Sports massage therapist Catherine Milne wanted naturally active products she could use in her own treatments, and worked with Germaine Rich to develop a purposeful aromatherapy range for movement, sport and recovery.
Germaine trained in aromatherapy with Micheline Arcier in London during the 1960s, in the formative years of Arcier’s modern approach. Bringing more than four decades of aromatherapy experience to Pepperfit, she formulated the four original blends — Boost, Zest, Rescue and Rest — as a coherent collection for different treatment needs.
Today, Fiona carries that professional heritage forward, preserving the purpose and character of the original blends while developing Pepperfit for contemporary practitioners and their clients.
