Shipping your Pepperfit order
Pepperfit orders are prepared and dispatched from the UK.
This page explains current UK delivery charges, how shipping is calculated and what to do if you need help with an order.
Current shipping charges
£5.95
Flat-rate standard delivery within the UK.
Available on UK orders over £50
Applied automatically at checkout when your basket qualifies.
Free shipping over £50 applies to eligible UK delivery addresses only. International shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout.
The applicable shipping charge is confirmed during Shopify checkout before payment.
Preparing your order
Pepperfit is a small independent business and orders are prepared with care before dispatch.
Customers will receive the relevant order confirmation and shipping updates using the email address supplied at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery timing depends on the shipping service, destination and carrier.
Any available delivery estimate will be shown during checkout or provided with the dispatch information.
Carrier delays can occasionally happen after an order has left Pepperfit.
Tracking and delivery information
Where tracking is available, the details will be included in the dispatch confirmation.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
If an order does not include tracking, the dispatch confirmation will still confirm that it has left Pepperfit.
Delayed, missing or damaged parcels
If your parcel appears delayed, please check the delivery information supplied by the carrier first.
If you still need help, email info@pepperfit.com.
Please include:
- your name;
- order number;
- delivery postcode;
- a brief description of the problem.
For damaged parcels or products, include clear photographs of the outer packaging and the affected item where possible.
Check your address carefully
Please check that the delivery address is complete and correct before placing the order.
Pepperfit cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after checkout, particularly once the order has entered the dispatch process.
If you notice an error, contact info@pepperfit.com as soon as possible.
International shipping
Available destinations and shipping charges are shown during Shopify checkout.
Where international delivery is available, customers are responsible for checking whether customs charges, import taxes or local handling fees may apply in the destination country.
These charges are not included unless clearly shown at checkout.
If international shipping is not currently enabled for a destination, checkout remains the source of truth.
Returns and order problems
Please contact Pepperfit before returning any product. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided where the return is eligible.
