How do I choose the right Pepperfit blend?

Zest offers a gentler uplift for everyday movement and uncomplicated routines.
Rescue is designed for post-activity care and targeted application.
Rest supports evening, massage and wind-down routines.
Zen is being developed for calm focus and quieter moments.
Be is being developed for bright, clear-headed energy.
What is the difference between a blend and a product?
The blend is the essential-oil combination and its intended purpose.
The product is the way the blend is used, such as a Body & Massage Oil, Roll-on, Wash or Muscle Gel.
Different products from the same blend may have different directions, ingredients and suitability information.
Which Pepperfit products are available now?
Products are currently available within the Boost, Zest, Rescue and Rest blends.
Zen and Be are in development and are shown as coming soon.
Availability can change, so the individual blend and product pages remain the source of current information.
Are returning products exactly the same as earlier versions?
Not always.
A returning Pepperfit product may be reviewed or updated before relaunch, including its formulation, packaging, format, directions or product information.
Confirmed details will be published on the individual product page when the product is ready.

How much product should I use?

Can I use a Body & Massage Oil without having a massage?
Yes.
Pepperfit Body & Massage Oils can be used for broader body application or self-massage, subject to the directions and suitability information for the individual product.
What is a Roll-on used for?
A Roll-on is a compact format for applying a small amount to recommended pulse points or other stated areas.
It is useful for travel, bags, desks and brief moments during the day.
Follow the individual product directions and avoid repeated over-application.
Can I use more than one Pepperfit product in the same routine?
Different Pepperfit products can form part of the same routine.
Follow the directions, ingredients and suitability guidance for each individual product.
Using more products does not mean that larger amounts should be applied.

How much is UK shipping?
Standard UK shipping is £5.95.
Free shipping is available on eligible UK orders over £50.
Shipping charges are confirmed during Shopify checkout before payment.
Do you ship internationally?
Available destinations and shipping charges are shown during Shopify checkout.
Customs charges, import taxes or local handling fees may apply depending on the destination.
How can I track my order?
Where tracking is available, the details will be included in the dispatch confirmation.
Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking information to update after dispatch.
What should I do if my parcel is delayed or damaged?
Check the delivery information supplied by the carrier first.
If you still need help, email info@pepperfit.com with your name, order number, delivery postcode and a brief explanation.
For damaged parcels or products, include clear photographs where possible.
Returns and refunds
How do I return an item?
Email info@pepperfit.com before sending anything back.
Pepperfit will confirm whether the return is eligible and provide the correct instructions and return address.
Do not send a product back without contacting us first.
Can I return an opened product?
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic and personal-care products may not be eligible for return once opened.
This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
Check the Returns page or contact Pepperfit before sending anything back.
What if my order is faulty, damaged or incorrect?
Email info@pepperfit.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs where possible.
Pepperfit will review the issue and confirm the appropriate next step.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Where are Pepperfit products made?
Pepperfit products are hand-blended in the UK in considered production runs.
Why does Pepperfit use aluminium and amber glass?
Aluminium is lightweight, durable and widely recyclable. Its opaque surface also helps protect natural oils from light.
Amber glass is used where a smaller glass format suits the product and helps reduce exposure to light.
Does Pepperfit use outer cartons?
Pepperfit avoids unnecessary outer cartons across the current range.
Products are supplied in their primary packaging with the information required for safe and clear use.
